FOREIGN MILITARY SALES
The Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program, authorized by the United States Arms Export Control Act (AECA), sells US defense materials, services, and training using formal contracts and agreements between the United States Government (USG) and an authorized foreign government purchaser.
PWS, as partners to DOD prime and sub contractors, can actively work with foreign governments to facilitate and expedite their orders.
On behalf of foreign government purchasers, PWS will
- Receive, consolidate, and stage materials within the United States at our secure facilities and arrange for onward movement to purchaser's designated delivery points.
- PWS is able to coordinate export of sensitive arms, ammunition, and explosives items according to US FMS program Delivery Term Codes.
- PWS can perform this and other functions needed to export FMS purchases on a per contract basis for the foreign purchaser.
