Invoice Auditing
PWSs provides invoice auditing services for all items purchased through our purchasing program. Invoices will be approved in a pre-determined, timely manner, then forwarded to you for payment or paid by PWS and debited from your account. In addition, each invoice is checked for: purchase order specs, quoted prices, number of parts ordered, and the number of parts received.
