PWS can provide the initial packaging of bare materials such as small electronic parts, expensive antiques, or large machines with an extensive line of packaging materials. Our facility is also equipped with racking, storage containers, security cages, CCTV, ANSI 20.20 ESD room and is fully customs bonded to provide warehousing services for your inventories.
Upon initial entrance into our facility, each individual product is received into inventory and bar-coded. Every movement throughout the facility, from placement into inventory, movement into packaging/staging areas, to packaging into a crate, is scanned and traceable. Automated location, history, item detail, and packing lists are available to provide "real time" status on your product. Full warehouse procedures and security plans are available upon request.
When items are chosen for kitting, PWS will create an order in our inventory program. All items will be picked from inventory and scanned into staging areas for packaging, consolidation, marking, etc. Once the items are prepared, they will be scanned into a bar-coded crate. The crate becomes a virtual inventory location and the inventory within the crate is traceable through reports, RF-scanners, or through an inventory program. Each customer is granted direct access into the system to obtain a "real time" status of your inventory or kitting process.
